Customize the information to be merged into your messages. Add as many columns in the file as you wish with each representing a custom field you can use when merging your messages. Message preparation, sending, tracking and reporting are all done within your corporate environment so there is no security risks with your data stored elsewhere.
Lead Management

Go one step further with the IntelliClick Lead Management module. Opportunities identified from email campaigns are scored and sales is alerted at the time when levels of interest merit a follow-up. You set the scoring benchmarks that determine when the lead is triggered. Your sales team or outside sales channels can receive their leads automatically by email each data and then provide feedback using the lead follow-up feedback button. Just a few clicks allows sales to report on the outcome of their leads and schedule follow-up actions that will automatically remind them by email on the due date.

Leads can be added at any time and delegated to a sales rep or they can add their own. Either way, sales opportunities are managed without the need to learn software or login to any web sites. Management receives daily or weekly reports summarizing the feedback on the leads being pursued by each rep.
