IntelliSend, a powerful, GoldMine email optimization solution
for users of GoldMine CRM and IntelliClick.

IntelliSend
seamlessly integrates with GoldMine to target and send
GoldMine email campaigns. Users
select from GoldMine templates and groups to create their
campaign, then designate primary and additional contacts as
well as email merge codes, which are all recognized by
IntelliSend.
“IntelliSend
gives the user complete control over the mailing, which is a
major advantage for avoiding SPAM issues,” said
Pearl. The software’s throttling
capabilities help users control the send rate, date and time
of each email campaign.
It’s flexibility allows users to send mass emails on
behalf of multiple people simultaneously, using one or more
GoldMine templates.
Delivery
results of each campaign are stored locally on the user’s
server, providing IntelliSend customers the convenience and
satisfaction of instant, one click access to “real time”
information. SMTP relay servers are offered for enhanced
deliverability as well as bounce management.
IntelliSend
directly integrates with GoldMine but can be used as a
standalone sending solution for any email list.
For sophisticated email tracking, IntelliClick software
leverages IntelliSend to process automated unsubscribe
requests, message previewing and send testing, as well as many
unique intelligent hyperlink tracking calls to action found
within the GoldMine email templates.
